Edward Dzerzawiec (B.?),  served in World War II as a Marine in Charlie Company.

He was awarded a Purple Heart for injuries sustained in taking Iwo Jima.
In the Charlie company picture, he is fourth from the right on the bottom row, behind the Japanese flag.
The Marine directly behind him in the second row has his hands on Uncle Eddie's shoulders

He is fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews as Santa Claus.
Every Christmas he would deliver their lists to Santa and the children were never disappointed.
